It has been said that Spring is often seen as a symbol of new beginnings,
renewal, and rebirth, representing hope and the return of life after the cold,
dormant winter. This is also a picture of one’s life after finding Jesus. Only
through the blood of Jesus can someone that was dead in sin find New Life
in Christ. Baptism is another beautiful picture of death to life. “Buried with
Christ in Baptism, Raised to Walk in the newness of Life.” So to me Spring
is truly a picture of New Life and what’s to come.

With that said, what’s next for Grace? We will of course continue with our
Men’s and Ladies Bible Studies on Wednesday Nights. On Sunday Nights,
we will continue The Fusion Outreach Ministry for our Youth and Children.
On Saturday, April 19th we will have our Spring Fling Festival. And on
Sunday, April 20th we will Celebrate Easter at Grace with a 10:00 am
Service. May and June are also filled with many exciting opportunities for
our Church to be the Hands and Feet of Jesus. Don’t Blink for God is truly
on the move at Grace Baptist Church.
